How do I place an order?

Navigate to our get in touch page and complete the order inquiry form. After an order inquiry is placed, we will reach out within 24-48 hours to discuss the order details. A rush fee will be charged for orders that are needed within 72-hours or less.

What size boards do we offer?

Date night board served on a 10 inch round palm leaf tray (serves 2), Petite board served on a 14 inch round palm leaf tray (serves 4-5), Classique board served on a 22x12 palm leaf platter (serves 8-10), Deluxe board served on an 18 inch round catering tray (serves 12-15).

*Please note that all sizes are appetizer portion suggestions. If serving as a main meal, consider sizing up. The actual content of the board is subject to local availability.

We offer individual options as well: single serving boxes, charcuterie cups, cones and boats.

What is included on a board?

All or our boards are uniquely curated and no two are alike. The actual content of the board is subject to local availability. However, we will always include a variety of soft/hard or firm cheeses, cured meats, & other accoutrements such as nuts, dried fruit, jam, honey, fresh seasonal fruit.

Each board also includes serving utensils and crackers on the side. This prevents the crackers from getting soggy.

Do we offer vegetarian or pork-free options?

Yes! We can omit cured meats and make an all cheese only board. We will just add more cheese.

We do offer pork alternatives such as beef (bresaola) and turkey salami. Pork alternatives are subject to a surcharge and are dependent on the board size.

Does each order include crackers?

Yes! Each order comes with crackers (on the side). If you’re interested in feeding a larger group, you can always add-on extra crackers to your order. Gluten free crackers are available upon request.

Can we accommodate allergies/dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot 100% guarantee an allergy free environment. For liability purposes, we must note that our products are prepared and processed in a facility with the risk of exposure to potential allergens. Customers with extreme sensitivities should exercise personal judgement when consuming. Our boards may contain or have come in contact with common food allergens including (but not limited too): peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, or dairy products. 

How long will my order last?

We suggest eating your board the day it is picked up/delivered for peak freshness. While it is best to enjoy your charcuterie within 24 hours, 48-hours is also acceptable. We do not recommend beyond 2 days.

Please note that our charcuterie creations are perishable and require refrigeration if not consumed in a timely manner.

However, if you are ordering in advance, please let us know (in the order form) and we will package the board appropriately. We have packaged plenty of boards in advance for trips or for the holiday season.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Ideally, 5-7 days. We will do our best to accommodate last minute order requests (submit an order inquiry or email us) and may apply a rush fee.

We also recommend booking as soon as you know of your event. You can inquire about future dates by emailing us.

During the holiday season, we book out weeks in advance.

Do we deliver?

Yes, we deliver! Orders delivered within Sioux Falls city limits are free of charge. There is a $1.50 per mile delivery charge for orders delivered outside of Sioux Falls city limits.

Charcuterie is perishable so someone will need to be available to accept the order and refrigerate until serving.

How do I pay?

Graze Haus Charcuterie accepts Venmo Business, Cashapp , and major Credit Cards (3%) fee. We will email an invoice to you once order is received. Full payment is required 3 days prior and your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

72-hours notice is required to cancel orders and receive a refund. For last minute cancellations, a refund will not be provided..

Do you ship?

At this time, any pre-made boards by Graze Haus Charcuterie are created locally, so we do not ship.
